Course Access

• Access to digital course products will be provided through the Kajabi platform.
• Students will receive unique login credentials to access the course materials after successful payment and registration.
• Course access is non-transferable and restricted to the registered user only.

Course Usage

• Course materials are for personal or educational purposes only.
• Sharing, distributing, or reproducing course materials, including but not limited to text, images, audio, or video content, is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized use of course materials will result in the termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

Purchase Currency

• All transactions are processed in USD ($).
• Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
  1. The purchaser has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  2. The purchaser provides a valid reason for the refund request.
  3. Refunds will not be granted for courses already completed.
  4. To request a refund, please contact hello@magnetmonster.co.uk with your purchase details.

Shipping or Delivery Policy

• As all products are digital, there is no physical shipping involved.
• Course materials are delivered electronically via the Kajabi platform upon successful payment.
• Access to the course is typically granted immediately after payment confirmation. In rare cases, there may be a delay of up to 24 hours due to processing times.

Return Policy and Process

• Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not accepted once course access has been granted.
• Refund requests are subject to the terms outlined in the Refund Policy section.

Cancellation Policy

• Subscription-based courses or recurring payments can be cancelled at any time through your Kajabi account settings or by contacting customer support.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
• Cancellations do not retroactively refund previous charges.

Fulfilment Policy

• Access to digital courses will be granted upon successful payment completion.
• Students will receive a confirmation email with instructions to log into their Kajabi account to access course materials.

Limited Warranty

• We warrant that course materials are accurate and up-to-date to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing.
• No guarantees are made regarding the results or outcomes from using the course materials.
• All implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability, are disclaimed.

Intellectual Property

• All course content, including text, images, audio, video, and other materials, are the intellectual property of Magnet Monster.
• Reproduction, distribution, or modification of course materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• Arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Modifications

• Magnet Monster reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the course after any changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

Termination

• Magnet Monster may terminate your access to the course at any time for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Upon termination, access to course materials will be revoked.

Severability

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Headings

• Headings in this agreement are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions.
