Playing on the fact that the supplements were highly controversial, we spun a “Us VS Them” concept into the Lead Magnet as a PDF, portraying the other companies in the industry as the “enemy” that wanted to prevent a consumer-based revolution from taking place.
By instilling this concept in the customers’ mind, we leveraged the concept of “scarcity” around the products in believing that they wouldn’t be around indefinitely, and now was the time to act to get the inside scoop on why the industry was against Project AD
Project AD generated over 7,000 organic subscribers across their website during the implementation period. This was done without any paid traffic, instead leveraging their influencer program to circulate the PDF as well as using their existing social media databases.
Consumer feedback was consistently excellent: Project AD was a revolutionary company prepared to take bold risks at the expense of the “big boys” crashing down hard on them, and sales of the products have skyrocketed leading to both being leaders in their respective categories within the bodybuilding community.
