Professor Nutz approached us to launch their innovative, low-calorie peanut butter onto the US market with a view to expanding into Europe. The goal was to maximise sign-ups for email retargeting based on the expected surge of traffic upon going live and to educate consumers on the benefits/USPs of the peanut butter.
We created an enticing Lead Magnet that shown a case study of Stephanie losing over 2lbs in 10 days whilst eating a jar of peanut butter per day on top of her regular maintenance calorie intake. Creating this allowed us to demonstrate clear social proof that the product was unique, as well as provide an exciting hook to generate interest.
People who subscribed would then enter a Welcome Email Series designed to upsell them to the product.
In the first month of this Lead Magnet going live, we were able to generate over 2,500 leads. Even two months after launch (January/February), the same Lead Magnet was generating well over 1,500 conversions per month (see below):
At its peak, this Lead Magnet had a conversion rate of slightly above 20% – an exceptional and practically unheard of number.
The brand has continued to go from strength-to-strength and utilises Magnet Monster’s email mastery service to keep its customers engaged with the brand and deliver social proof. It’s projected that the Professor Nutz brand will generate well over 7-figures in just its first year of operation.
